Eavesdropping
"WASHINGTON (CNN) -- In a robust defense of the nation's post-9/11 domestic eavesdropping program, Vice President Dick Cheney on Wednesday said the tool is "critical" for U.S. national security." - CNN. Um, *cough* do I really even need to say anything? Seriously though, why is noone talking about this? It's as if the world doesn't care the USA is becoming Totalitar. . . . . . Uh, ERM, I'm sorry, a man just came to my door. . . . . So back to what I was *really* saying, "Long live the national state of America! All hail 'The Leader!"

I just gotta say that this US bashing is just too easy and mayhaps people should find more intelligent pursuits than pointing out glaringly obvious facts about the US' foreign policy...
ignore that whore he knows not what he says, long live Che Gevara
Seriously, think a little harder Andy, I've gotta say, all your doing is critisizing me for something I didn't even imply. What I really found strange about this was that noone seemed to care that their government was spying on them, in fact, I said taht outright in this "article." What I meant by this "article" was to show only that the 'American People' are becoming complacent. What I intended to say was that all the people of the west are losing sight of what good government, and for that matter what freedom, is. Seriously man, stop beating up on me for "US Bashing." You did the same in my other "article" by claiming essentually what you are here, whereas infact these stories, and the explaining conclusion, do not imply the US is necissarily bad, but go much deeper into the faults of *Humanity*. Think harder. Thats what your paying to do. Or at least don't criticize me, and assume I am saying something I am not, when I have only completed one third of the work. Perhaps you can eat half a hamburger and say it tastes bad, but it doesent work with this. Allow me to finnish it, or at least ask me and I would explain, although i would prefer you came to the approprate conclusion on your own, eventhough I have already given away the entire plot of the work in what I have just said. At least *some* people that see it won't be reading this.
Don't mix your responses to critisism on another post, on his comment.
Besides, it does smack of anti US railroading, even if that wasn;t the intention.
(see, comments section on above post)
As well, I agree that it;s rediculous that a country where governmental oversight is supposed to be the norm is spying on it's citizens, and have constantly said that selling out your freedom for a sense of security wins you neither, the point andy is sort of making is that it;s kind of beating a dead horse at this point with the US, yes theres problems, but just railing on it isn;t a solution. This goes for pretty much everyone in the liberal media as well. The fate of a ocuntry comes up every election time, and that;s when your voice is strongly heard, make your opinion known then, and try to make solutions, not just point out the same old problems...
