jubilantly cupping your pectorals, classic. good old coffe. But they've been saying these things for years. Almost everythng we do and ingest has a positive and a negative. Irregular heartbeat- breast cancer...heart attack or stroke- cirrosis of the liver... back and forth, back and forth. balance is necessary not total restriction
